They are definitely in the lab experimenting with our sandwiches. Actually might be the worst chop cheese i’ve had in my life. Half the sandwich was peppers and lettuce and the bread was cold on a hot sandwich. Didn’t even have the courtesy to toast my bread, will never come back. Ever.

I went in there and offered them more money for a little bit extra on my plate and they gave me an attitude like you would not believe. This isn't the first time and that is THE LAST time I will ever enter that establishment no matter how hungry I am. The third time is a charm...

I’ve been a loyal customer of Food Lab since they first opened, and I’ve watched their food quality and customer service steadily decline over the years. What used to be one of my favorite local spots has now become a disappointing experience—repeatedly. On my recent visit, I ordered my usual breakfast sandwich, but with a slight change—I asked for it on a hero instead of a roll, and as always, I requested extra cheese (something I’m very particular about). When I got home, I was shocked at what I opened: a dry, overcooked sandwich. The eggs were burnt and crusty, the sausage was dry, the bread was hard, and worst of all—no extra cheese, which was the main thing I asked for. When I called the store, the girl at the counter told me she didn’t charge me for the extra cheese, as if that was a courtesy. But after looking at the sandwich, it’s clear why—they didn’t put any on at all. Instead of listening to my concern, she kept explaining how they “usually” make their sandwiches. I had to keep repeating that the problem wasn’t how they make it—it’s that it wasn’t made how I asked. Her solution was to offer either a refund or to make another sandwich but only give me the “difference”

It's a convenience store with a serviceable deli. There's not much else in the neighborhood except overpriced restaurants so I use this when I don't want to cook. I know that prices are going up everywhere but lately this place has begun to feel expensive. For breakfast--get the French toast platter.

I ordered a Wild Caught Salmon over rice. The presentation on photos on their site looks promising. But when I got my order, it was in a small container, with the veggies all up in there, no onions, no hot sauce. and the Salmon mashed up!!! Use a bigger container next time and don’t mash up the fish!! Won’t order again!
